Open Settings, then Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector and paste the server URL.
Sign in with your Unthinkable account and approve the connection.

ChatGPT

Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors.
Create a connector with the server URL. Depending on your plan, this may need developer mode turned on.
Sign in with your Unthinkable account and approve the connection.

Cursor and other MCP apps

Add a remote MCP server with the server URL. In Cursor, add it to mcp.json as shown below.
When the app opens a browser window, sign in with your Unthinkable account and approve the connection.

Search business ideas

Finds opportunities for a market, audience or need, like "dog owners" or "invoicing for contractors". Returns up to 10 summaries, best score first.

Get one business idea

get_idea

Reads one opportunity in full: its scores, market and startup estimates, the competitors already in the space, search demand, and the paraphrased posts behind it.

List saved ideas

list_saved

The ideas you saved in the Unthinkable app, most recent first.

Try asking: “Find me business ideas for busy parents, then show me the one with the least competition.”

Questions

Which plan do I need?

Unthinkable Premium, $39.99 a month or $289.99 a year. Basic subscribers can upgrade in the app.

What can my assistant do with it?

Only read. It can search opportunities, read one in full and list the ideas you saved. It cannot change your account, save or delete anything, or see your AI Advisor chats.

Are there limits?

Yes. Up to 60 searches and 150 idea reads a day, and 30 tool calls a minute, so a connected assistant cannot copy the feed.

How do I disconnect an app?

Open Settings in the Unthinkable web app and remove it under Connected AI apps.

Does it check my own idea?

No. Unthinkable is a discovery tool: it finds opportunities for you. It does not rate or validate ideas you bring to it.
