Manage your subscription
Unthinkable subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID. You can view, update, or cancel your subscription at any time from your device.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Unthinkable, then manage or cancel.
On the web
You can also manage your subscription directly through Apple at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (opens in new window).
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in new window).
